Let's Build
Polonia Global Hub
in Warsaw

Dear Members of the Polish Diaspora,

For generations, Polonia has stood as a beacon of Polish culture, ingenuity, and unwavering support for our homeland. From preserving our heritage abroad to contributing significantly to Poland’s economic and social development, your impact has been profound and enduring. Poland’s economic success is increasingly being recognized, and the nation’s ambition to join the G20 is closer than ever. The year marking the 250th anniversary of Tadeusz KoÅ›ciuszko’s arrival in the U.S. reminds us how deeply the Polish cause has always been intertwined with the global Polonia community.

Poland’s achievements owe much to the support of Polonia, which, in the darkest hours of our history, consistently supported the struggle for independence, democracy, and prosperity. It is high time for Poland to honor Polonia’s contribution to the nation’s well-being and to build more bridges toward shared future success. We therefore propose the creation of a Polonia Global Hub in the heart of Warsaw—a dynamic, modern space that will serve as a living monument to your contributions and a platform for future cooperation.

A Vision for the Polonia Global Hub

Polonia Connects: a central gathering place for Polish communities worldwide, fostering networking, knowledge sharing, and collaborative projects;

Culture Thrives: exhibits showcasing Polonia’s achievements in arts, sciences, business, and culture, along with a platform for contemporary Polish artists from abroad;

History is Celebrated: an interactive House of Polonia History presenting the challenges, triumphs, and global impact of Polonia, helping Poles better appreciate its role in our shared story;

Future is Forged: a business and innovation centre connecting Polonia’s enterprises with Poland, supporting start-ups, investment, and knowledge transfer;

Tradition Meets Modernity: architectural design blending futuristic aesthetics with Polish heritage, creating one of Europe’s iconic landmarks.

Why Warsaw?

A Truly Global Project

The Museum of Polish History, Warsaw Uprising Museum, and the Museum of Polish Military History at Warsaw’s Citadel—once a symbol of oppression and now a symbol of Polish victory—prove that great projects have transformative potential. Yet Polish history is global, and Polonia is an integral part of it. Locating the Hub in Warsaw will ensure accessibility for international visitors and local residents alike, placing Polonia at the very heart of Poland.

This would be a transformational undertaking, bridging the worlds of Poland and Polonia in an unparalleled way. It would greatly benefit Polonia itself—allowing Polish Americans to connect with Polish French, Polish Argentinians, and many others—creating new networks across continents. Polish success is now global, but there is potential for much more if Polonia is given a proper place in the heart of Warsaw and in the minds of Poles.
